As we always say, Springboard is like the Hotel California - you can check out, but you can never leave.
Every two years, we gather for a few days of interactive discussions and briefings are to do business together. The agenda is tailored to market and industry trends and the interests of our network. What results is a extraordinary exchange of connections and expertise with a peer network you’ll find nowhere else in the world.
With so many alumnae, in-person meetups don’t always work out - so in addition to our in person events and online community platform, we engage our CXXO network in the Been There Run That Blog on Medium, where our alumnae share expert advice to a larger audience and can share with their individual communities.
In addition to the above, we use our Dolphin Tank pitch program to go to cities across the country and meet with our alumnae who do not reside in top tier tech hubs like SF, NYC, Boston and LA. We feature alumnae as expert Dolphins giving constructive feedback and sharing useful resources for rising entrepreneurs - another way to showcase how they have been there, done that.
