DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with our Director, Marketing and Communications
Design and maintain graphics and digital assets for web, email, social media, and digital marketing
Design and maintain content, images, and branding in social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms such as blogs, podcasts, and video (YouTube)
Design and maintain the organization’s program collateral and event materials, including but not limited to marketing materials, packets, pamphlets, PowerPoint decks, posters, programs, business cards, signage, feedback forms as well as other promotional items used at fundraising, volunteer, and promotional events.
Organize and maintain Springboard’s image asset library
Coordinate and assist in other marketing efforts and administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Non-profit experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Superior ability in Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proficiency in graphic design concepts and best practices for print, web, social, and email marketing
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office apps
Strong familiarity with various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook
Experience working in WordPress and Google Analytics is a plus
